1. Service Description
JAST is a multi-tenant monitoring platform offering App Monitor (app store listing monitoring) and Web Monitor (website uptime monitoring) services.
The Platform is designed for individual developers, indie developers, and enterprise teams. Core features are available for free; paid plans unlock advanced capabilities.
2. Account Registration and Security
1. You must provide a valid email address when registering and keep your account credentials secure.
2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. If you discover unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at service@jast.me.
4. Each user may register one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-plan limits is not permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
1. Monitor or probe third-party systems without their authorization;
2. Abuse the API through automation beyond normal business needs or at unreasonably high request rates;
3. Attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or bypass any security measures of the Platform;
4. Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
5. Resell, rent, or otherwise grant third parties commercial access to your account (except under an enterprise agreement).
4. Subscriptions and Billing
1. Paid plans are billed on the subscription cycle selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
2. If a subscription is not renewed, the account automatically reverts to the free plan. Your data is retained, but features exceeding free-plan limits are disabled.
3. We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance.

5. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. A prorated charge for the remaining days in the current billing period is applied at the time of upgrade. Subsequent renewals are billed at the new plan rate.
6. Plan downgrades are scheduled for the start of the next billing period. The current (higher-tier) plan remains fully active until that date. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
7. By confirming any subscription action on the pricing page, you acknowledge and agree to the billing behavior described in items 5 and 6 above.
5. Service Availability
1. We target 99%+ monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
2. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance; emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
3. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
6. Data and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
1. All code, design, branding, and content on the Platform are owned by JAST and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You retain ownership of your monitoring configurations and data.
3. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
1. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from use of or inability to use the service.
3. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and registered users will be notified by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JAST operates. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
