Can I subscribe to each product separately?
Yes. App Monitor and Web Monitor are billed independently. You can subscribe to one without the other, or get the bundle for a discount.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Paddle, which accepts major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Paddle handles all tax compliance automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not significantly used the service. See our Refund Policy for details.
What happens when I reach my slot limit?
You will not be able to add more items. Existing monitors continue working normally. Upgrade your plan to add more.
Do collaborator seats apply to both products?
The Team plan seat allowance is org-wide — 5 seats covers both App Monitor and Web Monitor for your whole team.
